Returns

If you have any problems with your order and need to request a return, please fill out the Contact Form or send an email to shop@melonbred.dev with your order number and description of the problem or request.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• All returns are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• All product returns must sealed and in unused condition.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
• Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method.
• The cost of shipping on the original order is non refundable.
• Sales and promotional products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel your order.

Cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee.

International Orders

Melonbred Shop is a US based online store.

International customers are responsible for paying sales taxes, VAT, import duties or any additional fees applied at the time of import. Melonbred Shop does not collect sales taxes, VAT,  import duties or any additional fees on the customer's behalf.
